Comprehensive service kit to suit DCOE Weber Carburettor. Quality European manufactured kit including all necessary parts to overhaul your DCOE.
Genuine Weber replacement part.
Will suit DCOE 38, 40, 42, 45, 48
This is the most comprehensive kit available. It includes;
Every individual gasket & seal to completely rebuild a carburettor - including fuel union seals
New needle & Seat - 1.75 or 2.00 supplied - please select option
New throttle return spring
New Mixture screws (later more tapered type for finer adjustment)
New internal fuel filter/strainer
Be Aware that most cheaper service kits do not contain all necessary parts.
This is a genuine Weber European manufactured kit.
Should you require more DCOE parts for your rebuild, we stock every individual part. These can be found under replacement parts in the main menu.

Note on needle valve sizes:
Early DCOE 40, e.g. Alfa used 150 NV and DCOE 45 used 175nv.
Later DCOE 40, used 175NV and the later DCOE 45 used 200nv.
